HELIX is an intimate bar/restaurant & retail outlet located in the south end district of Grand Forks, ND. HELIX focuses its business towards the 21+ age professional providing a refined yet casual establishment to gather, meet, and enjoy fine wine, beer, liquor, excellent food, and relaxed conversation.
Our emphasis is on the unique & pleasurable experience of drinking wine, however we will also pair that with a creative, ever changing menu, using the best possible ingredients.

HELIX provides Grand Forks with an extensive selection of unique boutique style wines in an inviting environment designed to encourage conversations, community, and friendship. HELIX serves a wide selection of wines (24) using a self serve preservation system that will allow customers to sample (taste) different wines prior to purchasing a glass, a half glass, or the full bottle.
Additionally, HELIX provides its customer a retail purchase option for any of the wine we carry. A full bar, specializing in signature cocktails, beers, and other spirits will also be available. HELIX accentuates this wine drinking experience with a full dinner menu offering a variety of dishes to please all tastes. An emphasis will be on the use of healthy, unprocessed, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
